Place all the ingredients for the dry mix into a large 1 Litre (40oz) jar, shake the jar to mix everything up, and then store until you want waffles.
When you want waffles, light beat 2 eggs together, and add them to the jar along with the water and the butter, and then secure the lid tightly, and shake until well incorporated (don't worry too much about lumps).
Bake in a waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions until dark golden brown and crispy. Serve with maple syrup and butter!
