Japanese Dirty Tater Tots

- Half a bag of Tater Tots (aka Potato Gems)
- Schichimi Togarashi
- Kewpie Mayo
- Chopped scallions/spring onions
- Preheat the oven to 220C/450F and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Spread the tots out in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes, or until dark golden brown and crunchy.
- Sprinkle the tots with shichimi togarashi (don't be shy), top with kewpie mayo and chopped scallions.
- Eat with beer.
