An easy, delicious, and totally festive brownie pie with a pretzel crust!

Serves: Serves 6-8
Ingredients
2 cups (200g) salted pretzels
2 oz (50g) soft butter
2 tbsp sugar
1x Coles Baking Range Chocolate Brownie Mix (plus 1 egg + ⅓ cup oil)
Whipped cream and crushed candy canes, to decorate
Instructions
Grease a deep, 9 inch (23cm) pie plate and preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
Place the pretzels, butter and sugar into a food processor and process until the pretzels are crushed down - the biggest pieces should be the size of a grain of rice - and the mixture is sandy.
Press the crust into greased pie dish, and set aside.
Prepare the brownie mix as per the instructions (using the egg, oil and some water) and then scrape the mixture into the pretzel crust.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is matte, and the brownie has risen, but is still jiggly in the centre.
Leave to cool completely, and then decorate with whipped cream and crushed candy canes to serve.
