5 Minute Brown Butter Honey Granola

Serves: 1½ cups
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 cup (110g) whole rolled oats
- ½ cup (50g) flaked almonds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- pinch of salt
- Place the butter into a large non-stick frying pan, and cook until it turns light golden brown.
- Add in the honey and stir to combine, before adding the rest of the ingredients.
- Cook, stirring, over a low-medium heat, until the nuts and oats become toasted and golden (about 2-3 minutes).
- Once it looks ready, spread the granola out onto a lined baking sheet and leave to cool completely.
- Stored in a sealed jar, it will keep well for at least a 7-10 days.
