Australian Iced Coffee (with Maple!)
Cold brew coffee, sweetened with maple syrup and poured over ice cream!
Serves: Serves 1
  • 2 small scoops ice cream
  • ¾ cup (185ml) cold brewed coffee
  • Maple syrup, to taste
  • A splash of milk
  • whipped cream
  • chocolate shavings
  1. Place the ice cream into a tall glass and top with the coffee.
  2. Add maple syrup to taste, along with a dash of milk.
  3. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
  4. Serve with a spoon and a straw.
