Mix together the pineapple juice and lime juice and divide evenly between 6 holes of a popsicle mold.
Place into the freezer for about an hour, and then remove and insert popsicle sticks into the centre of each mold.
In a small bowl, whip the cream, sugar and vanilla together, just until very soft peaks form. Divide evenly between the popsicles, on top of the pine-lime layer.
Freeze for at least hours. Serve.
