Chia Berry Blast Smoothie

- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp bee pollen
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup whole milk
- optional: honey, vanilla bean paste
- Place the ingredients into a blender in the order that they're listed, and blend until completely smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and serve.
