Bacon, Egg and Cheese Bagels {street food monday}
- Toast your bagel.
- Fry or grill your bacon to your desired level of crispiness.
- Fry your eggs in a pan until just cooked.
- Assemble the bagel, starting with bacon, then egg, then the cheese of your choice.
- Wrap the bagel in paper and leave to sit for at least 30 seconds, for everything to meld together.
- EAT!
